As a pharmacist, I routinely treat patients with multiple cancers and have worked with many women, in treatment, newly diagnosed or in remission. One of my oldest girl friends was just diagnosed (at 32) and immediately had a double masectomy. I am walking for her. I have run many times in the race for the cure 5k but wanted to take on a challenge this year, as this is my year for change.
